Peppercorn release scheme

Virtually all finance leases include a sales agency clause allowing you to sell the equipment as agent for the lessor and thereby ending the lease. A payment (normally a percentage of the sale proceeds) is made to the lessor.

Our scheme allows you to sell the equipment to us, and at the same time enter into a short term hire purchase agreement at the end of which title is transferred to you. No further payments are then due.
