History

SLR specialises in the design and management of vendor programs on behalf of clients, primarily involved in the manufacture and/or distribution of equipment and services to business customers. SLR also provides facilities direct to end users.

SLR started trading as a limited company in September 1993 although two subsidiaries pre-existed SLR, the first group company commenced trading in 1988. System Leasing & Rentals plc remains in private ownership.

SLR focuses on forming strong relationships with suppliers of the type of equipment used by customers in selected niche markets. SLR has assisted these suppliers to improve their sales performance, by tailoring a finance package to be delivered to the end user at the point of sale of the equipment.
